My husband often says this, "Happy wife, happy life." It makes me smile. I like that he is all out there conquering the world just to make me happy. Well, I am happy. Contented. Thankful!

As much as I want to be out in a cross-cultural setting doing the things I feel wired for, I am happy serving the Lord faithfully in the place where He is planting me right now. A wife and mother! I want God to be glorified in my life as I put my family first- loving, honoring and serving my husband and raising my children in His (Jesus Christ) ways.

I often find my self multi-tasking but I've learned that my work is rewarded with excellence and satisfaction when I do one thing at a time. I have learned to acknowledge and enjoy the seasons of life. I believe that God is pleased when I move only when "His cloud by day and fire by night" moves.

As a wife, I believe that I am to submit to my husband as he submits himself to the Lord. As a mother, I don't believe in trusting the care of my children to someone else on a regular basis (and for long hours) while I go work to earn extra income or worst, as a way of building my self-esteem. My self-esteem is built on how God regards my life. As a homemaker, I want the home that God has blessed us with to be clean, inviting and a place of joy, peace, love. I am involved in the famous "wiping" ministry. I wipe counter tops, floors, my baby's nose and bottom ;) and my friends' tears (occasionally).

I love PP (people and parties!) Parties are a way for me to get to meet and know people. I love hosting parties! A lot of good food, good people, fun and lots of "beautiful talks".
